u r right, social networking as such and enjoying art&cultural events with strangers as such is not a common trend among Indians.. teenagers do spend a lot of time but grown up professionals are happy lying at their sofas watching cricket and eating samosas and developing diabetes. We r the largest ethnic population in UK but look at the numbers who turn up at local pubs n clubs. It will take a whole generation before this mindset shows any signs of change.
